Information we collect

We collect information needed to create and operate your account:

• Email address, username, and Firebase account identifier
• Email-verification and account status
• Elo rating, gameplay statistics, and match history
• Matchmaking presence, battle activity, and match results
• App startup and performance information, device and network conditions, and an anonymous installation identifier through Expo Application Services Observe

We do not use this website to intentionally collect additional account information, and these pages do not contain advertising or third-party analytics scripts.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Authenticate accounts and verify email addresses
• Reserve usernames and manage player profiles
• Run matches, calculate rankings, and display statistics
• Prevent cheating, duplicate results, and service abuse
• Find reliability problems and improve app performance
• Investigate problems and respond to support requests

Service providers and sharing

We use Google Firebase for authentication, database, and server functionality. We use Expo Application Services Observe for app performance monitoring. These service providers may process information on our behalf to provide and secure their services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the app, or the security of the service.

Data retention and account deletion

Information is kept while your account is active and as needed to operate and secure the game. You can permanently delete your account from the app by opening Settings, entering your password in the Delete Account section, and selecting Delete My Account.

If you cannot access the app, contact ultimatefantasytrivia@gmail.com for help with an account request. Limited records may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may change your username or delete your account from Settings. You may also contact us to ask a privacy question or request help exercising your privacy choices.

Children’s privacy

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and remove the information when required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and gameplay information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app or its services change. We will update the effective date on this page when material changes are made.
